We have fire in the basement & 1st floor of the original Fire Bldg. which is 138-10 Farmers. We have fire extension to Exp. #4, 4a, & 4b, which is 138-08, 06, & 04 Farmers Blvd. We have heavy fire thru the roof. Doubtful Will Hold.

@ 17:33 Progress report #5 for the Queens, 3rd Alarm, Box 4711, Car 11, Assist. Chief Seelig reports: Conditions remain unchanged. Have ( 7 ) hand-lines stretched and in operation at this time. ( 3 ) TowerLadders set-up and in operation at this time. A 4th TowerLadder is being set-up. We have a partial roof collapse in the rear set-back of the original Fire Bldg. Fire remains Doubtful.

Have a major collapse of the rear set-back to the original Fire Bldg. Continuing with the exterior operations. Fire remains Doubtful.
@ 18:30 Progress report #7 for the Queens, 3rd Alarm, Box 4711, Car 11, Assist. Chief Seelig reports: At this time, the main body of fire has been knocked down. Still extinguishing pockets of fire. He place’s this fire at Probably Will Hold. Will be going down to ( 3 ) Engs. and ( 2 ) TowerLadders. Special Call ( 3 ) Engine’s & ( 2 ) TowerLadders for “relief purposes”
@ 18:30 Engs. 301, 305, 289 / T. Lad. 142 & T. Lad. 152 are s/c for “relief”
