All – Hands: 7 – 5 – 2109 @ 08:30 Batt. 14 reports: Box 2109, Using All – Hands. Extra Engine & Truck. We have a fire on the 2nd floor, possible extended to the 3rd floor of a 4 Story Brick Vacant Dwelling. We have 2 – lines stretched, 1 – in operation. Trucks are “Opening Up” Fire’s Doubtful.

@ 08:47 Division 6: Box 2109, We have heavy fire on all floors. Setting up the TowerLadders. Pulling all members out of the Bldg.
@ 08:51 Division 6: Box 2109, We have 2 – lines stretched, 2 – lines in operation. ( 2 ) TowerLadders in operation. Vis fire has been knocked down on the 2nd & 3rd floors. We’re going to remain Doubtful for Bronx Box 2109.
@ 09:00 Division 6: Box 2109, We have ( 2 ) TowerLadders operating at the top floor on the Exposure 1 side pulling plywood covers from the windows. Still have a heavy body of fire on the top floor. We have 4 – lines stretched and in operation. 1 – line to Exp. #2, 1 – line to Exp. #4, 1 – line to the roof, and 1 – line to the rear of the Fire Bldg. Fire has been knocked down on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Still a heavy body of fire on the 4th floor. No searches in the Fire Bldg due to the structure stability. Primary Searches are underway in both Exposures. Still Doubtful for Bronx Box 2109.
@ 09:14 Division 6: Box 2109, Primary Searches in Exp. #2 & exp. #4 are complete and negative. No searches conducted in the Fire Bldg. ( 2 ) TowerLadders have been shut-down and are conducting a reconnaissance of the top two floors. We had slight extension to the roof of Exp. #4. that fire is extinguished. Fire remains Doubtful for Bronx Box 2109.
@ 09:23 Fieldcom 1: Progress Report for the 2nd Alarm, Box 2109, Car 10, Assist. Chief James Esposito reports: Fire was in a 4 Story Brick vacant dwelling. All members removed from the Fire Bldg due to structural stability. Exterior operations. Fire remains Doubtful.
