of  the   Fire  Dept.     All  Fire  Dept.  members  are  accounted  for.

Batt.  57  reports:     Box  633,  We  have  a  total  collapse  of  a  4  Story  Brick  Dwelling.

We  have  2 – lines  stretched  as  a  pre  cautionary.    We  have  Exp. #2  totally  evacuated

at  this  time.     Exp. #4  is  being  evacuated.    Possible  ( 3 )  victims  maybe  trapped.

Searches  are  being  conducted.     Doubtful.

negative.

Searches  on  the  4^th  floor  are  not  searchable.

30 x 60  Multiple  Dwelling,   at  this  time,   Car  9,  Assist.  Chief  Sudnick  reports:    All  void  spaces  have

been  searched  and  are  negative.    All  Utilities  to  the  Bldg  have  been  turned  off  by  Con  Ed.

Searches  are  continuing  from  the  exterior.       Doubtful.

of  ( 6 )  from  the  collapse  Bldg.  are  accounted  for,  including  the  owner.     All  void  spaces  have  been

searched   and  are  negative.     Waiting  on  arrival  of  a  grabbling  hook  to  start  removing  debri.

All  searches  have  now  been  suspended  on  the  accountability  of  all  occupants.    Chief  Sudnick

place’s  this  Incident  at   Probably   Will   Hold.
