Bombing Verdict Upheld Against Port Authority

A New York State appeals court on Tuesday upheld a jury’s verdict that the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey was negligent in safeguarding World Trade Center before a 1993 terrorist attack that killed six people and injured 1,000.The ruling could prove costly for the Port Authority.
